I stayed in this hotel and it was excellant trip, the hotel was clean, quited and the most wonderfull that every morning you will hear quraan kareem through the cooridoor and lift.

The hotel was nice but that was it!spend 100 dirham on every tirp one way.

There is no place to eat at the hotel or close by. Taxi will eat you alive with fees and it is hard to get one to stop at the hotel, I had to walk a few blocks to catch a taxi into Dubai. They charge you 20 dirham to start and 20 dirham exra to go into Dubai. Than they will ride you around you will

I was disappointed when came back at night to find the room is as we had left it in the morning not clean bed not made which was expected to be done daily.

We were really impressed with the professional management style of Mr. Khuzaiman, the hotel manager, who dealt with our complaints efficiently. We are also grateful to Mr. Peter, the duty hotel manager who paid a great effort to drive us to the airport when the hotel driver was on holiday. Big thanks goes to Ms. Doris who helped a lot in locating us in more convenient family rooms. We are also thankful to Mr. Mahmood who was always there when we needed help.

The only thing that we would like to bring to the attention of the hotel management is the cleanliness of the rooms. They need to ensure that the rooms are cleaned well and that related facilities such as lights, air conditioning and others are properly fixed to customers' needs.

it has nice see view and quiet place. The only negative thing is that the location is too far from Dubai and the roat to the hotel is very crouwded.

It is fair & not bad

I have a lot of thing 1- I had complain with door lock(not working) and I inform reception from the beginning and all the time they are teasing me saying fixed the problem. 2- reception staff are not friendly

I liked the layout of the suite which was good for staying with family and the location of the hotel.

I did not like in this hotel when asking the staff for extra mat. or covers they charge extra money.

We were given a "spare 2 bedroom unit" with both toilets having water leaks and kitchen utensils need to be requested, after waiting for check-in almost 40 minutes.
